seafoam - this was what my workout 3/3 involved today, 7am cloudy morning, excited kids, rough seas, wave jumping then swimming in the seafoam fizzing while trying not to get dumped by the next wave. Oh and racing the 8yr old up the beach to see who was first back to the towels (what knee injury!)

I am crazy about this shade of blue. It seems to only be found in the compacted, airless ice of glaciers. Just shows that God is the ultimate artist!

A totally amazing New Zealand summer sunset. This one was taken at Muriwai Beach and represents the a classic symbol of New Zealand/Aotearoa - the long white cloud.
