Fresh Ranch Dressing :) 2 c mayonnaise 1/2 c milk 11/2 t vinegar 1/4 t worcestershire sauce 1 green onion, finely chopped 1/3 c grated parmesan cheese 1/4 t dill weed 1/8 t pepper Whisk together all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a large jar with a tight-fitting lid. Store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Makes 4 cups. Enjoy!

Cauliflower, Broccoli, Cheddar Cheese | 1 head broccoli (chopped), 1 head cauliflower (chopped), 1 C mayonnaise, 1 C sour cream (maybe sub half the mayo and all the sour cream with Greek yogurt), ½ C sugar (sub xylitol), ½ tsp salt, ½ lb bacon, fried and crumbled (sub TURKEY), 1 C shredded Cheddar cheese
Tomato, cucumber, avacado, and black bean salad Combine - 2 medium tomato, 2 peeled and chopped cucumbers, 2 chopped avocados, 1/2 chopped red onion, 1 can of drained and rinsed black beans, 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro (optional), juice of 1 lime, 1 tsp. cumin, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss in a bowl and serve alone as a side dish, on top of greens for a salad, or as a relish on chicken or fish.

Autumn salad with pears, dried cranberries, feta cheese, pecans, & bacon -- I used baby spinach instead of romaine, left out the bacon for a vegetarian friend, and used 1 part poppyseed dressing to about 1 1/2 parts balsamic dressing. BEST SALAD IN THE WORLD! (Be sure to peel the pears.)
