Just mash potatoes plain with butter or you can add yummy ingredients like cooked bacon, cheese, parsley, green onion etc. Stuff in to a greased muffin tin, run a fork along the top and brush with melted butter or olive oil. Bake at 375 degrees or until tops are crispy and golden.
Roasted Red Potatoes. Quarter the potatoes long-wise. Toss in olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Arrange potatoes in muffin tin as shown. Add garlic clove in the middle of the potato quarters. Add half a teaspoon of olive oil on top of each garlic clove. Bake 375 for 25 minutes! Enjoy. by mvaleria
Quick Dinner Mix 1/2 cup of Bisquick, 1/2 Cup of Milk, and 2 eggs together for a base. (put about 1 tablespoon in each muffin cup) Top with about 1/4 cup of any "fillings" you want. -Cheeseburger, Pizza, BLT, Chicken and Veggies, etc.... Cook meat before adding to muffin tin.
Cheesy Potato Wedges... 4-6 Potatoes 1/4 c. Olive Oil Sea Salt, Pepper, your favorite Seasoning Salt 1 c. Sour Cream 1/2 c. Ranch Dressing 1/4 c. Milk 1 c. shredded Cheddar 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella 1/2 c. Real Bacon Bits 1/4 c. Green Onions Cut potatoes into steak fries. Place on foiled baking sheet. Drizzle with oil. Lightly toss with tongs. Sprinkle seasonings over the potatoes. Bake 400* for 40 min til fork tender.
Baked Potato slices Preheat oven to 375° slice potatoes and brush each side with butter and put on cookie sheet. Bake for about 40 mins or until brown turning them over once during baking. Then take them out and put cheese, bacon bits and green onions on top and continue cooking until cheese is melted. Put a dollop of sour cream on top if desired and enjoy :)
