10 grain bread...@Tali McBride and @Christina Donahue you guys have to try this bread!!! It is the softest, yummiest sandwich bread I've made yet! Heath said "I could eat this all day!" The only changes I made (just cause I didn't have these) was to substitute rolled oats for the 10-grain cereal, and I put 1 tablespoon of lemon juice into a cup of milk since I had no buttermilk.
Gonna make some tacos and tortilla chips. I loved the reader comment about adding jalapeno and cilantro to the dough mix. (Recipe: Easy Whole-Grain Corn Tortillas)
