Mess Free Finger Painting- Squirt two primary colors in each of the 3 Ziplock freezer bags, with a white piece of paper inside or underneath. Get ALL of the air out of the bags & seal them shut. Tape them down with painter's tape.

Paint in ziplock bags, taped to table. Great distraction, no mess! (to add to this: I think, so long as the paper is under the baggie, you could write words, put stickers or little drawings, and then spread out the paint throughout the bag. They could then use their fingers to move the paint around and uncover little surprises, just like one of those Fisher Price Mess Free Finger Paints sets)

Easy abstract painting that anyone can do! Just blob the paint on the canvas in random spots and blend! (would be interesting how students could make different pictures w/ the same colors and same blob positions)

This is a great idea for kids with sensory issues. And great for babies when you don't want them to put the paint in their mouths.
