Love! Use this as a graduation card with the school colors for the stars! Our high school colors would be blue red! Add a grad cap and wow!

In order to achieve a layered feeling, I punched lots of tissue paper circles with a standard hole punch. Then I sprayed the upper portion of my cardstock with spray adhesive. Tip: cover the bottom of the cardstock. I sprinkled my tissue circles all along the top. I die cut silver and gold glitter cardstocks with the open star border die. I left them upside down on my work table and used my 2-way glue pen to add the glue to the backs and pick them up at the same time and stuck them down.
