    At first I thought this was one of those radical weight loss pins but it's not. It actually has some good, practical advice. Yes the blogger did have the experience of losing 15 lbs in 3 weeks - but that was just HER body's response to the changes in her diet/exercise - I'm sure everyone's pace would be different depending on metabolism, age, etc.
