Frozen Cherry Mojitos 1 lb frozen, pitted cherries 3 cups crushed ice 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves 1 cup white rum 1 cup lime simple syrup lime wedges and fresh cherries to garnish Place the frozen cherries, ice, mint, rum, and lime simple syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into chilled glasses and top with crushed ice. Garnish with lime and cherries.

Raspberry Blush 27th January 2011 50ml Hendrick’s Gin 5 raspberries 3 lime wedges 15ml Belvoir Raspberry & Rose Cordial 75ml lychee juice lychee and raspberry to garnish (optional) Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with plenty of ice. Strain into a highball glass over fresh cubed ice and garnish with a lychee and raspberry on a stick.
