This is EXACTLY what I want. Well, I would swap the white couches (I admire those who can keep clean) for a light khaki and trade the colorful curtains for west elm's tan ikat, and let the color come in everywhere else. So maybe not exactly but soooo close.
Installing a bank of cabinets in unused crawlspace provides oodles of storage. Cabinets with pullout baskets, open shelves, and see-through fronts mean toys are accessible to kids, but clothes, shoes, and other items can be hidden behind closed doors.
