Snack Baggie apples--cut into snack sizes pieces, soak in water for 3-5 minutes, then soak in lemon lime soda for 3-5 minutes. Divide into baggies and refrigerate. Stay fresh, no brown apples, and cheaper than prepackaged ones!!

Some dried fruits such as dates and figs are a good source of certain antioxidants, like Phenols, a type of antioxidant that can be more abundant in dried fruits than in some fresh fruits. Beware of overeating dried fruit however, as the calories can add up quickly!
