Cookies 'n Cream Cupcakes- these we're super yummy! I loved the frosting! I thought these tasted a lot like the ice cream we love! The only issue i had was with the number of cupcakes it made. I think i got 18 out of this recipe. I wish it were just a little bigger so i could get a full 2 dozen out of it. other than that, I'll definitely be making these again!
