    Parmesan Sage Pork Chops. I didn't have parmesan, so I grated up some Gouda, added extra lemon zest and fresh sage. My man said it was the best pork chop he'd ever had. Such a thick crunch crust - this picture doesn't do it justice! Sides of asparagus and a sweet potato - perfect meal!
