Marinate tomatoes in balsamic vinegar for 30 minutes. Lay on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper. Bake for 7 minutes at 350 degrees. Then top with sautéed spinach and mozzarella. Broil until cheese melts.
Spinach Artichoke Pasta. Just made this and it's not my fav. It might be because I had to make adjustments bc we like more sauce on our pasta and I didn't have the parmesan. The cream cheese and sour cream are really strong too. Idk if I'll make tho again
