Homemade Baked Macaroni and Cheese Recipe - Oh my gosh, this is so good! I switched the parm with Dubliner cheese, added 1/2c. Monterey Jack, and made sure to use extra-sharp, extra-aged cheddar. Added 1/2 tsp each of onion powder and dry mustard. Changed milk to 2 c. 2%, 1c. Half-n-half. Switched Stove Top out for a half-cup of Panko. YUM.
