Candy Soda Glass Centerpiece- Start by filling any clear glass vase, parfait dish, or drinking glass with colorful Valentine's Day candy like candy hearts or cinnamon hearts. Then make a bouquet on the top of the display with salt water taffy or other soft candy. To hold the bouquet in place, stick a toothpick into each soft candy. For taller displays, you can use wooden skewers.

Add depth & sparkle with mercury glass candle holders at varying heights and snowflakes for width. I'd be wary of lighting those candles if the pillars won't be anchored to the candlesticks, perhaps battery candles would be useful here.
