Non-Dairy whipped topping -1 can coconut milk -1/4-1/2 cup powdered sugar (or other sweetener of your choice) -1/2 to 1 teaspoon vanilla Put can of coconut milk in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, open it and spoon out into a bowl (it should be somewhat hardened from refrigeration). Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Whip until it resembles whipped cream. Serve!
