10 Low fat and quick meals using Chicken under 30 minutes....I fixed the Tuscan Chicken Pasta (although the pic is of a different recipe), and it was great. Substituted sun dried tomatoes for the roasted red pepper (only because I didn't have peppers on hand) and Great Northern Beans for the Cannellini for same reason.
