One Bowl, All Natural, No-Bake Energy Bites - Food Doodles So yummy!!! We used peanut butter and Nutella. Too good to leave alone, and very easy to make. Will be doing these again. ♥

One Bowl, All Natural, No-Bake Energy Bites Notes: i used almond butter, a combination of brown rice syrup & honey, GF oats, coconut, some sesame seeds, brown rice cereal (nice added crunch!), ground flax seeds, 2.5 tsp vanilla, no salt, cinnamon and cocoa powder, and tried dark chocolate chips chopped - but they didn't stay in the balls very well...

No bake energy bites - I just got a very similar recipe this week from a coworker's wife. She adds a little bit of extra peanut butter and some slivered almonds for a bit of extra crunch.
