List of High Protein foods. Always trying to get the kids to eat more protein.

Eat your fruit! This is one of those lifestyle changes that I made. On any given day I consume 6 to 10 pieces of fruit. There are some that will eat 30 bananas a day. That may not be for me right now. In fact I haven't ever thought that was "healthy". To me a moderation of food intake is the best policy.
