Great diagram! This is even better when you mix Italian bread crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and mix in olive oil to make a bread crumb paste. Stuff the bread crumb mixture into the heart of the artichoke and between the leaves. Cook as directed, eat as directed but also enjoy the satisfying garlicky crunch of the bread crumbs :)

Artichoke Bread. I've made several things from Plain Chicken's site and they are consistently good. This looks like a great twist on the classic artichoke hot dip.

caulisotto-- Made this last night, and added in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and a little extra chicken broth. Healthy, flavorful, comforting, and easy. Everyone liked it and mom requested it again for tomorrow :)
