Pumpkin Pancakes -- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons sugar - 2 teaspoons baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger - 1/2 teaspoon salt - 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg - 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves - 1 cup milk - 6 tablespoons pumpkin puree - 2 tablespoons butter, melted - 1 egg
Pumpkin added to flapjack batter makes it extra tasty. Add a bit of cinnamon for a boost of flavor to these breakfast pancakes.
pumpkin pancakes...made these for "breakfast for supper" night tonight, and MAN they were a hit! They're not paleo, so I didn't taste them, but the rest of the fam cleared the entire platter. The kids kept asking for more over and over and were disappointed when they were all gone! MP
