circuit workout (bobbimccormick.com) I think I'd break it up a bit more and repeat a few times

Also could do this-- Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank...hm gotta find out how to do some of these but TOTALLY gonna make it happen
