The Little Red Hen - when I was three or four years old, I had begged for someone to read this book to me so many times that I had memorized the whole book. I would "read" it to anyone who would listen - over and over again, until I actually believed that I was reading the book. It was my #1 favorite.

I know an Old Lady Illustrated by Abner Graboff. Printed in 1961. One of my favorite books as a kid, even though it creeped me out.

Dick and Jane. LOVED those books. That was our first readers in first grade. They were little blue soft bound books. I got Dick and Jane books for my grand kids. :)

Operation Game Remember this game so well as a kid. Now my grandson is playing a current one but with Buzz light year as the patient.
