Vampire Dip @ Slater's 50/50... VAMPIRE DIP 2 cups grated parmesan or romano cheest 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese 1 cup mayonnaise 1 can (14) oz artichoke hearts packed in water, drained 1 whole, yes WHOLE POD (not a clove) garlic minced Mash all ingredients together in a casserole dish. Bake in 350 oven for about 45 minutes covered then uncovered for about 10 minutes OR Microwave 10 to 15 minutes until hot and bubbly Serve hot with bread or vegetables
Cheesy Chicken Meatballs: 1 lb ground chicken 1 slice bread, ¼ cup milk, small onion, tbsp sour cream, 1 egg, salt, ¼ cup mayonnaise, ¾ cup mozzarella, ¾cup parmesan.... Use toasted crumbs - cover in milk until all absorbed. Combine all the ingredients together, except the mayonnaise and cheeses. Form into meatballs!
