Baked Chicken Parmesan

Baked Chicken Parmesan | Skinnytaste Made this tonight. Very flavorful. Hasselback Potatoes with Parmesan and Roasted Garlic

Hasselback Potatoes with Parmesan and Roasted Garlic These were so delicious & so easy! I used regular baking/Idaho potatoes that I already had on hand instead of red potatoes. I also didn't have any garlic, so I just sprinkled on garlic powder. I threw together my own seasoning blend in exchange for the Italian seasoning. So many possibilities with this simple side dish!
