"What is it?" I ask..."An idea," he says quietly...On one side, the trees ring a densely wooded area, and on the other there's a vast area of grassland where a once-cultivated field has been left fallow. Grasses and wild flowers have reclaimed it...the late evening breeze softly ripples through the grass and the evening sun gilds the wildflowers. 152 - says it all.

And isn't this room pretty - it really has a feeling of bringing the garden indoors. Imagine eating breakfast here - what a lovely way to start the day. Wish it were mine!

Victorian "Painted Ladies" Row House from the Haight Ashbury neighborhood in San Fransisco. - Wow, the colors on the front of this house are damn near intoxicating. O.o Should I ever buy a Victorian home, that is the color scheme I'd go for. The turquoises, the purples, the blues, tiny yellow detail for "pop", so beautiful together and totally unexpected.

beautiful stairs I love them

My dream house! I adore this picture. It has the look of a country manor house but the feel of a cottage. It is small enough that I feel like I could be the boss of it and not the other way around. It looks bright and open and cozy. ♥
