    Chicken and Cauliflower “Fried Rice” Recipe 1 pound ground chicken
1 tablespoon Tamari sauce or coconut aminos
2 teaspoons dry sherry
1 clove garlic, minced 2 heads cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces
1 cup peas 2 carrots, cut into small cubes
3 tablespoons coconut oil, divided
4 tablespoons fermented tamari sauce or coconut aminos
3 large eggs
4 green onions, chopped

Chicken Fried Cauliflower Rice Diabetics: omit the optional sweet soy sauce and when using the regular soy sauce only use a LOW sodium soy sauce. Enjoy BUT remember the importance of portion control.

5/4/13 Cauliflower Fried Rice: Super yummy and healthy dish, did add squash to recipe and used chicken as my protein. Next time will make without a protein and serve with sweet and sour chicken.
