Cauliflower and Parmesan Crisps: INGREDIENTS: *1 cup cauliflower (grated) *1 cup parmesan (grated) *1/2 teaspoon garlic *1 tsp basil *1 tsp parsley *1/2 tsp black pepper >DIRECTIONS:1) Grate cauliflower. 2)Add parmesan 3)Add parsley, basil, garlic, and pepper 4)Take a small handful of the mixture and place it on a lined baking tray and bake for 5 minutes. 5)After 5 minutes turn them over and place back in the oven for a further 5 minutes.
3/4 lb of green beans 2-3 tsp. extra virgin olive oil Sea Salt, to taste Cracked black pepper, to taste Granulated garlic, to taste Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste 2-3 tsp balsamic vinegar Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 min, turn beans. Bake another 10-15 min.
- Balsamic vinegar and whiskey steak marinade: Marinade: 1 part Balsamic Vinegar 1 part Whiskey... Fill a 1 - 1/2 oz shot glass with 1 part vinegar to 1 part whiskey. This will be enough marinade for two steaks.. Marinate your steaks for 30 min to an hour and grill! Bon Appetit!
