Wine bottle lanterns, this links to an etsy site where its being sold. I'm pretty sure you could make like 5 of them for about 15 bucks with recycled glass bottles, a candle holder from hobby lobby and some stuff from a hardware store.

I think I like the naked bulbs better for the industrial lighting, but somehow these keep drawing me back in - I think they have a lovely whimsical aspect that is hard to ignore - I'm thinking maybe as a statement above the breakfast bar.
