    41/2 cups rolled oats 1 cup whole wheat flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup butter, softened* (I did 1/4 c butter and 1/4 c peanut butter. YUM! I'd like to try coconut oil instead of butter in my next batch) 1 cup honey (I used 3/4 cup, +1/4 cup water, then added 1/2 cup dried cranberries and 1/2 cup chocolate chips for more sweetness)
