Delicious baked Camembert. Perfect and simple dip
Delicious baked Camembert! Looks fabulous, this will not take you to the recipe, however you can google. I used Jamie Oliver's recipe...brilliant!
Baked Camembert One 8 1/2-ounce Camembert, unwrapped, in its wooden box 1 garlic clove, halved dry white wine. Rub the rind of the cheese with the garlic. Poke half a dozen tiny holes in the rind and sprinkle with the wine. Cover with the lid. Transfer to a pie plate and bake in a 400° oven for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is molten beneath the rind. Sprinkle with herbs of your choice. Serve the cheese in its box with the bread.
melted camembert.... I wonder if we could just cut the top off a baked Brie and dip in it like this?

Lavirotte One of our unintended great finds while visiting Paris was the at 29 Avenue Rapp in the 7th arrondissement, very close to the Eiffel Tower. Built in 1901, this Art Nouveau masterpiece by Jules Lavirotte is quite striking. The detailed door was designed by sculptor Jean-Baptiste Larrive and sculpted by a variety of others. If you happen to be in Paris, seek this beauty out! What…You Want a Picture? We waited for what seemed like ever for a man on the sidewalk outside to move. He just kept talking on his mobile and didn’t see at all impressed that I wanted to take a photograph of this door. I guess he was used to tourists snapping photos and moving on. I wanted something for my website that didn’t include his funny mustache! This image is released under Creative Commons, Non-Commercial.
