Hearty chicken stew~ REALLY yummy. Adapted to crock pot. Used two large breasts, cooked on low all day, then added cornstarch and cooked on high for an hour to thicken. Clean eating at its finest! Really healthy and delicious recipe that would feed a bunch of people. Lighter Baked Chicken Parmesean: This was a good recipe - it was very similar to the other chicken parmesean recipes I have tried. I had to cook the chicken a little longer than the recipe suggested - about 5 or 10 minutes - because one of the breasts didn't cook fully through. Overall, it was tasty, it just wasn't anything special compared to other recipes.
