Cheesy Ranch Chicken - BIG Hit for dinner!! Hubs doesn't like mayo, so shhh! He has no idea it was the base for the sauce. I cut chicken breasts in half to infuse them with flavor better, and I added olive oil and a bit of fresh garlic to the sauce (trying to disguise the secret ingredient).
