just used this method to clean a stubborn stain on my carpet that has been steam cleaned and spot cleaned multiple times. I can't believe how much dirt my white cloth came up with!!! Wish I would have taken my own before and after pics. It took all of 20 minutes and that inludes the 10 minutes for the baking soda to sit and time to mix the solution!! Magic Carpet Cleaner ;-) Baking soda, vinegar, dishwashing liquid & warm water!! Actually works on clothing stains as well (particularly oil based stains like from food splatter)
it works!! peroxide + dish detergent... just got up the dried/mashed/ground in yogurt stain on my son's cream carpet! i've tried a handful of cleaners, shout spray/wash, simple green, carpet cleaner machine... and this did it. woot!!
Pinner says: First thing, I'm curious if the wrinkle release spray will smell like the vinegar at all or if the fabric softener in it will mask it...?? Secondly, I'm cleaning my oven racks tomorrow based on this & I'm excited to see how well it works. And finally, I'm pretty psyched (the little things) to try the armpit stain remover. Seriously ppl, everyone gets those, even a little bit.
