Monterrey Chicken - I didn't grill these first I jut baked them for 25 minutes at 325 and they were a HUGE hit. Brandon was raving and...Brandon rarely raves. I advise you to use thick cut bacon that you chop and fry up yourself - it really added something to the meal.
