CLEAN EATING PANCAKES *** Ingredients: 12 egg whites // 1 cup quick oats // 1/2 tsp. olive oil // 1 tsp cinnamon OR 1 Tbsp peanut butter *** Mix egg whites and quick oats. Coat or spray pan with olive oil. Ladle 3 pancakes into pan. *** This should make about 7 pancakes. *** Without peanut butter, each pancake is about ~85 calories. Protein Waffles Recipe -1 scoop protein powder, 4 eggs, 3 tablespoons almond milk, 1 tbs cinammon, blueberries and/or nuts if you want. Pour it in a blender, pour it in the waffle maker and bring it. You will never go to IHOP again.
