Easy Yeast Rolls ~ 1 pack yeast 3/4 cup, warm water, 2 1/2 cups Bisquick, 1 Tbsp sugar, 1/4 cup melted butter. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dissolve yeast in water. Put Bisquick, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl and mix well. Flour your work surface, turn dough out and knead for 12-15 minutes. Shape into rolls place in a greased pan, cover with damp towel let rise 1 hour. Brush with melted butter. Bake for 12-15 minutes, add more butter. Mmmm!
