Grilled Banana/Cream Cheese Sammo. Yesterday was National Grilled Cheese Day. Such things usually don't matter to me, but this did because I stumbled upon this delicious recipe and changed it to suit what I had in my kitchen. OH.MY.GOODNESS. SO SO DELICIOUS. I'm having it for breakfast today. Chopped up a small banana, mixed it with cream cheese, a little vanilla and a little powdered sugar. Spread it on a kaiser roll then proceeded to grill it. YUM. DO IT. IT'S SO GOOD!!
