Add potatoes, pour into large casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until top is lightly browned and potatoes are cooked thoroughly.

Skinny Cheesy Potatoes-- no butter, no sour cream, no condensed soup, made with greek yogurt and every bit as creamy and tasty as the original.

Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes Recipe - doubled it, had 6 people for dinner and there were lots of leftover. I would add more cream, butter, cheese and salt next time and maybe some cream cheese.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Brush both side of potato slices with butter; place them on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides, turning once. When potatoes are ready, top with bacon and cheese and continue baking until the cheese has melted.
