Loaded Potato Casserole ◦1 (16oz) container sour cream ◦2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded ◦1 (3oz) bag real bacon bits ◦2 green onions, sliced ◦1 package Ranch Dip mix ◦1 (24 oz) bag frozen shredded hash browns, thawed Mix all together and Bake in a 9x13 pan @ 350 for 40 min.
Crack Potatoes or Loaded Potato Casserole. 2 (16oz) containers sour cream 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded 2 (3oz) bags real bacon bits 2 packages Ranch Dip mix 1 large (28 - 30oz) bag frozen hash brown potatoes - shredded kind Combine first 4 ingredients, mix in hash browns. Spread into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 400 for 45-60 minutes. Leave out potatoes for "Crack Dip"
5 Ingredient Slow Cooker Creamed Corn: 8 C corn, ½ C 1/2 & 1/2, 10 oz cream cheese, torn into chunks 4 T butter, sliced 2 T sugar S & P Pour half and half in a blender with 1 cup of corn and puree until smooth. In a 3 ½ to 4 quart slow cooker add the remaining ingredients. Cover, cook on high 1 ½ hours or low heat setting for 3-4 hours. Stir and serve.
Cheesy Potato side dish ■2 Bags of shredded O’Brien style frozed potatoes (if you can’t find the shredded, diced is fine too) ■16oz Sour Cream ■1 can Cream of Chicken ■3 cups of Sharp Cheddar- shredded ■1 stick butter
