These spanakopita cups from Joanna Hawley / Jojotastic are so easy. Just fill phyllo dough with a mix of spinach, feta, garlic, and greek yogurt. Tip: Bake an extra batch and store them in a Ziploc® freezer bag. They’re a great make-ahead appetizer to have on hand for last-minute holiday guests (and you’ll spend less time in the kitchen and more time mingling).
