I love to try new crockpot recipes: Hawaiian Crockpot Chicken: 4-6 chicken breasts, hawaiian style BBQ sauce, and a can of crushed pineapple all throw in for 6 hours on low. Can't get much easier or delicious than that!

I finally made this There was a LOT of liquid, but I have an OLD crockpot that does not cook as hot/fast as the newer ones so maybe that's why. I blended some cornstarch and water and added it 30 minutes before serving, which thickened the sauce up nicely. Also added 1/2 a can of pineapple chunks, bell pepper, and onion 30 minutes before serving. Yummy!

Crock-Pot Hawaiian BBQ Chicken - I used crushed pineapple, which blended into the sauce well. I put in 6 chicken breasts & had an excess of sauce, so will do 8 next time. Also will shred the chicken before serving it over rice. Tasty & very easy.

Crock-Pot Hawaiian Chicken Chili Recipe ~ says: The pineapple compliments the slightly spicy chili so nicely and I love the smoky undertones from the BBQ sauce mixed with the classic flavors from the chili powder and cumin.

Going to try this but modified. I don't have Herbs De Provence so I'm not sure what I will rub it with. I don't have red peppers so I'll layer the bottom with onion and carrots and stuff the bird with apples, carrots and onion. We'll see how it tastes.
