    Breakfast tater tot casserole: Spread 1 lb. breakfast meat in 9x13 pan; top with 4 c. shredded cheddar cheese. Beat 2 c. milk & 4 eggs and pour over cheese. (May refrigerate overnight at this point)Top with 2 lbs frozen tator tots. Bake 350-45 min.
