I'm going to try this with zuccini or eggplant "noodles" Chicken Bacon Lasagna Roll Ups. Each pasta is filled with an abundance of cheeses; tender, shredded chicken; crispy bacon sauteed with onion and garlic; and finally, topped with Alfredo cream sauce!
Cook ground beef with taco seasoning. Add 4 oz cream cheese. Blend well. Set aside and allow to fully cool. Cook the pasta shells. Pour salsa in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Stuff each shell with the meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle crushed chips and shredded cheese on top. Cook for about 15 more minutes.
