Skinny pancakes, no flour 2 egg whites 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal 1/2 banana 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (optional) Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for 15-20 seconds. Spray a griddle or skillet with non-stick spray
Caramel Apple Pancakes-- yes, these are every bit as good as they look, probably better! The cakes were AMAZING, moist & flavorful, and the caramel drizzle (I just melted caramels) with the fried apples on top was awesome! Great fall breakfast... or dessert.
