olive oil scrub - ideal for all skin types, go easy and scrub light! Use Leonardo Olive oil for this preparation which is ideal for massage as well. You can use sea salt crystals for this as well, to use on rough skin patches like heels, ankles, elbows and knees.

I made this scrub with Lavender oil. I use it at the end of my shower on my legs. It is amazing. It really helps prevent razor burn after shaving too.
