Ritz Cracker Chicken Casserole - reminds me of Ben's mom's chicken casserole that I dubbed "chicken stuff"....but I think she used Stove Top instead of Ritz. It was SO yummy!!! I used to request "chicken stuff" all of the time.

Poppyseed chicken: 1 sleeve of ritz crackers, 1 can of cream of chicken soup 1.5-2 lbs of chicken, 8oz container of sour cream,1 tbsp poppy seeds, 1 stick of butter; mix cooked chicken, soup and sour cream together and place in pyrex; mix broken up ritz crackers, butter, and poppy seeds together and place in Pyrex over chicken; bake at 350 for 25-30 min.

To make this #whole30 I would sub ghee for butter and use my homemade taco seasoning mix. (Of course, you also have to watch the salsa labels - most have added sugar, but some don't.)

Cheesy Ranch Chicken - BIG Hit for dinner!! Hubs doesn't like mayo, so shhh! He has no idea it was the base for the sauce. I cut chicken breasts in half to infuse them with flavor better, and I added olive oil and a bit of fresh garlic to the sauce (trying to disguise the secret ingredient). Even my chicken-hater wants to repeat this!! Best chicken recipe I've found on Pinterest!

Ritz Cracker Chicken....I made this on July 29, 2014...YUMMY!!! It is moist and flavorful. I will definitely make it again. vg
