This is an easy project that is fairly inexpensive. I was thinking you could do this on a larger scale and use in a bedroom behind your bed instead of a head board? We don't have a headboard and I always feel as though the space above our bed is lacking.

Fabric + light fusing interfacing + iron + wall = easy decor. When I was in my 1st Richmond apartment the landlord mentioned using spray starch to use fabric for borders and whatnot, but I never tried it. This would eliminate the starch residue around the fabric.
