    Fish ceviche recipe - I used only 1.5lb. cod and only 10 limes; added mango pineapple fresh salsa from whole foods and small cooked salad shrimp. Cut the rest of recipe in half too. Next time...To save time grab some fresh pico de gaillo (whole foods). Serves 4 adults

This sounds delicious! Optional ingredients: 1-2 cloves of garlic, minced; 1-2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced; 1 ripe avocado, diced. Have tuna (cut into small pieces) cook for at least 1 hour.

Ceviche...I had the best in San Antonio, on the River Walk. Perfect!
