STORAGE TIP TAKEN FROM A FORUM BOARD: "Since we use 90% of our bread for sandwiches, I slice almost immediately (better to let it cool first) and freeze it in two layers of gallon-sized ziplock freezer bags. I find the second helps a lot with preventing freezer burn. We then just pry off slices when making lunch. I keep reusing the same bags, loaf after loaf, and this seems to work equally well for crusty or soft/crumb breads."
Honey Oat & Wheat Bread - Best Bread, yet! Family loves it! Never buying bread again. It is great as buns, too. I even use all wheat flour (no bread flour) but it is whole white wheat flour. I use 1.5 lb setting and rapid bake (2.5 hours).
